Felix Allfarth

Felix Allfarth (5 July 1901 – 9 November 1923) was one of the earliest Nazi 'martyrs', having been shot dead during a gun battle with the police during the 9 November 1923 Munich Beer Hall Putsch at the Feldherrnhalle.

Born in Leipzig, Allfarth studied merchandising at the Siemens-Schuckert Works and in 1923 moved to Munich to begin his career as a merchant.

He was said to be singing Deutschland Über Alles at the time of his death. His name appeared at the top of the alphabetical list of dedicatees in Adolf Hitler's book Mein Kampf.
